It has been average. Nothing exceptional but nothing that I would consider terrible. COVID has probably had a big impact on how I feel about this as I have always been a big "in person" type of person

The people I work with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They enjoy doing what they do. They are approachable. Friendly and fun!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How approachable they are as people. Every one of them I have interacted with was super approachable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Salary is the best part. I was never a big fan of unlimited vacation. I find I end up using less under this program.
