Good immediate team leadership. But exec management is a challenge.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Poor 401(k) matching, equity benefits are unclear post acquisition. Expensive, high deducible health care.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Don't fire entire teams and then brag about the hundreds of new people you hired in cheaper areas. There is no sense of job security and the culture is largely gone. I am really hoping they turn things around after the acquisition.
