Great technical skills, communication, team spirit
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't think there is a good flow of information between customers and product team
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do not feel that a leadrship team is close to individual contributor so I can't say what I like most
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since 2 years I am being told I will get promoted and just got to know that due to aqcuisition it will be postponed. I would feel better if I had a clear vision of what is ahead of me.
