There is a ton of talent and a great mix of ideas. We're led by a great leader who is a better person.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Continuity, which breeds consistency, is huge. Our CEO is one of the few who can take a company from start up to $1B in revenues.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the business we're in and our mission to help companies to acquire, assess, develop and retain talent. My team + my boss are awesome.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like being paid based on my performance. There are no limits on what I can earn as part of the sales team. Residual commissions help a lot
