Flexible schedules are an awesome perk, however people abuse this and don't even work 8 hours.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There seems to be blatant favoritism regarding promotions or switching teams. Managers pick favorites rather than promote who deserve it.

Turnover has been high as of late within certain finance departments. This leaves a bleak outlook for the remaining employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have never worked with a more entertaining group of people. I can honestly say I have made a lot of close friends at this company.
