Dedication to the vision of education, employee development and the employee experience, not just for our customers but for its own employees

It was fast. The period of time between first contact and offer was 7 days (5 working days) and that included 5 different interviews.

It was quick and I only had to talk to people who were directly connected with the role I was applying for. Everyone was very responsive.

What makes you most happy at work?

The chance to be creative and constantly encouraged to take time to think before we execute. The opportunity to add value with thoughts and experience instead of just executing.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Inclusion, teamwork, recognition. Everyone is respectful and polite. This is reflected in everyone being on time for all concalls or meetings and always thanking colleagues even for tasks which are an expected part of their role.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Its market value and is subject to regular increase. We are also completely aware of any bonus: the amount, how it was arrived at and when it will be paid. This may seem like an odd comment, but I came from 3 years at Oracle where non of this was true.
