What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Board and Executive Team has made major investments in building out the senior leadership team, which I'm confident will help scale the company successfully to $1 billion in revenue over the next few years.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Less PPT presentations, more short memo briefs prior to meetings, meetings should be spent really debating the key decision points. Finally, technology during meetings are very poor, meetings always start late. Too many meetings, to many e-mails, etc...
