What are some of the best things about your team?
The culture is focused on team wins over individual heroes. As a result, colleagues jump in to support each other and get creative on how to make sure everyone is on the path towards success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the openness to new ideas, the positiveness around smart experimentation (even if it is a key learning "fail") and the focus on always finding a way to improve on past successes because we all know we can be our best so why not shoot for the moon.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
