My really enjoy working for Cornerstone but sometimes I feel too alone surpassing the local issues. Pressure for immediate business results is too high and this erodes deal margins. In order to anticipate deals we are forced to increase discounts.

Local health insurance is very good.

Local team is very collaborative. Regional team not collaborative.

My interview process went well with no big issues. Average difficulty.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great visionary leadership in the upper level staff. Local VP vision sometimes look different from company's global strategies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company is constantly looking for innovations in order to be up to speed in terms of products and people.
What makes you most happy at work?
When our leaders understand the local issues and make themselves available to discuss the obstacles and try to help but it has not been the case lately. We struggle to make the things happen locally.
