Everyone is very development focused and that includes a healthy amount of feedback. It's very normal for everyone to provide ideas, critique to the work of others. Everyone does it in a professional and constructive way.

Collaboration is a HUGE part of the culture of Cornerstone. Adam frequently reiterates the idea of "Don't fail alone" ask for help, seek ideas, admit you may be over your head to bring in the right people to help steer things the right way.

The leadership team is very active in seeking the feedback of employees. They do this both in regular engagement surveys and just 1:1 conversations. They frequently assess all of the aspects of employee life like the relationship with your manager, the benefits that are available, etc.
