Things were great 3 years ago. We are going through rough times right now and it is very depressing that so many Cornerstars have left the company. It makes me wonder if I should leave also. I want to stay and build something great but I miss everyone who has left.
I have loved Cornerstone from the beginning. We have had a rough year or two with a lot of change but I am hopefully we will stabilize since this is a part of our CEO's goals. People get super nervous when there is constant turnover. If we can start focusing on retention, I think it will help!
Having a great boss who supports me.
Unlimited time off in the US.
We really try to help one another and collaborate.
We have really great people!
Super smart and talented folks at Cornerstone. I am always amazed!
The pay is good and I like the stock purchase plan.
We have a culture of fun and work hard and play hard.
I did not have to travel. We used technology for the entire process.
The leadership is really good about communicating and keeping us in the loop.
I have a great boss who genuinely cares about me and my success.
I feel like we really respect how we all have families and family should come first.
I love the fun we can have on our team and still get the work done.
Feeling like I have helped others. Others asking for help from me because they know I like to help others and provide feedback to help everyone grow.
My base pay is low. It seemed like a fair salary when I started 3 years ago. However, going 3 years with no adjustments when Covid has drastically caused prices to increase- well, I feel like I have taken a pay cut.
I really don't know the leadership team. I know who Phil is. I know who Adam is. I know who Jeff is. Are there others on the leadership team? I really don't know. I knew before CSOD bought Saba. Now I am not really sure.
