Getting stuff done in spite of obstacles like internal processes to ensure our customers are looked after and satisfied.

It accounts for remote workers. Prior to covid that wasn't always the case and remote workers felt left out quite a bit.

Being enabled by management to just do the right thing and get sh*t done. Variety in work and new opportunities for personal growth. Helping others to succeed.
