Senior coworkers should be given training to behave or to how to treat and encourage the less experience people in the team.

I am happy with the work i do. Peers, there behavior towards us is what makes me not wanting to go to work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Coworker should be hired who are best in nature. you cannot change anyone bad nature. so this should be taken care at the recruiting level apart from the technical aspects a person's should have accepting nature.
