I was hired during the pandemic and have never worked in the office. Despite the challenges working remotely brings, I have always felt like I was an important part of an awesome team.

The culture and environment encourage interaction and collaboration with coworkers, despite the physical distance between us.

Getting to the other side of a tough assignment and feeling like I have achieved something.

The equity. I think every employee should own a little bit of the company they work for.

The unlimited PTO is the best part of our compensation package. It allows for flexibility when life throws curve balls.

Their cohesiveness and willingness to share their skills and knowledge. The fact that they care about each person as an individual, not just a coworker.

The unlimited vacation. With the responsibilities that come with aging parents, it is good to know the time is there to take a day or two if needed.
