Generally great. The overall executive leadership team is weak in spots. Clarity of message and consistent communication are issues. We also struggle with holding people accountable. We often confuse respect for people with providing necessary performance feedback.

For most part the ELT members communicate well goals, strategy, and current state of the company

Overall comp that includes bonus and RSUs. Concerned somewhat now that RSUs will go away.

The package is a holistic package that is well-rounded with good overall choices that fit my family needs

We have a good overall culture rooted on respect for people. Unfortunately, it is not applied consistently by executives.

We operate as a team. We are a small team, so it is important that each of us know all components and functions in order to support each other and overall corporate objectives.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The QRM team has vast years of industry experience and instills quality in everything they do. This team is continually advancing quality maturity at CSOD. It is often a slow process, but it is advancing.
