In the beginning, things were difficult and tit didn't feel like there was much support available. However, after providing feedback to that point, things improved and now we are a much more connected group and we work well together.

The overall experience has been good but since the pandemic, I feel like we have been neglected. Many companies sent their employees care packages or something to show they were thinking about their employees.

The pay is above average for the area.

Willingness to collaborate and work together. Share knowledge.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with my colleagues. I work with some great people.

The pay rate is good and I appreciate the 401k contributions.

They listen to employee feedback and are interested in our thoughts.

The people I work with are great and I enjoy interacting with them.

They are open and willing to listen to us and our ideas/concerns. They have taken some suggestions and improved things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since the pandemic, I do not feel that there has been any culture at the company. I feel like we are forgotten.

The ability to take a break as needed is appreciated. Sometimes a person needs to blow off some steam after working on a difficult case. It's nice to have the flexibility to do so.
