Leadership needs to better road map objectives and set clear goals with the proper milestones to mark progress.
Overall, I get the impression that company cares for my well being and wants to help with my betterment.
Openness and collaborative efforts are encouraged. Help given and taken is well received. Direct management is supportive and flexible with each person. Management also takes into account each person's strengths and weaknesses.
