CSOD is a great company with lots of departments for various careers. Easy to find friends and partners that are fun to work with. I wish company truly supported employee growth, I wish we refreshed the executive team as many block innovation without accountability.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our benefits are below what other tech companies are paying. Stock does not renew adequately after the initial 4 years. Remote work benefits are subpar.
