Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Everybody is interviewing elsewhere to make sure they find a new job before being laid off. The most talented have already left. Management is bending over backwards to slow the exodus in the immediate term, but it is clear that there is no long term stability.

What makes you most happy at work?

Solving complex problems together with team members.

They encourage continuous learning and development

Teammates are very driven to help each other out.

The best part about the compensation package is the annual RSUs & ESPP

Employee Stock Purchase Program. Its a nice small (sometimes large) boost to your salary.

The team trusts each other, which enables us to do our best work together.

We genuinely care for each other and go out of our way to help when someone is struggling.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They are huge on continuous learning. They highly encourage their employees to always be improving themselves, and they provide us a lot of opportunities to help us in that journey.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The culture that we used to enjoy has been eradicated and replaced with an emotionless drive toward profitability. Management needs to be more transparent about this in order to regain the trust of their employees.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Honesty and transparency. They seem so concerned with putting a positive spin on every change, even ones that are clearly unfavorable, that they have lost the trust of the employees. Consequently, their words carry little to no weight until they acknowledge and work to correct this.
