It's a multinational company, so I get the chance to interact with people from all over the world. That's very enriching.
No possibility of promotion. After two years in the role, no KPIs are communicated to employees, so there is no way to self-assess our performance and work towards promotion.
I've been working long enough and have enough expertise to get another job category (and get paid better in consequence). Before getting my current job title, I was already performing the tasks of such role for 9 months, but my job title and payroll didn't change. I felt neglected by the company.
