There are so many great people working here. I feel sometimes we do a lot of overlapping in the activities of our daily team duties and sometimes teams are not aware that the same information is being gathered/requested or collected by different people. That seems a bit disorganized.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love the collaboration and inquisitiveness of my fellow team mates.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation as needed is available. I like the matching 401k too
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency and flexibility. Also that they truly see the humanity in the employees working in our company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture seems very open to change. This is incredibly important to ensure we're all working together and toward the same goals of inclusion, diversity, success.
What makes you most happy at work?
Accomplishing a task which has taken a lot of time and many departments to interact and solve! Also, I love working directly with customers when I can. I learn so much from them!
