I have been amazed at the level of support, partnership, transparency, and willingness to change at Cornerstone. While the pace is fast, and the target changes often, as long as you have a personality that is agile, you will be happy here. I have never felt better in any role or in any company.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Cornerstone is by far the best organization I have ever worked for. While they have had to make tough business decisions, at the end of the day I truly believe that they make a conscious effort to do the right thing for their people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel that this is a sense of transparency and condor.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is commensurate to the work we perform and annual performance-based bonuses are great!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team specifically is amazing. They are all so intelligent, fun, and willing to help out each other however we can.

The RSUs were a major perk that is no more. The base salary is great and I appreciate the MBO bonuses as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are very transparent, and also listen when there are concerns with a decision. I've seen them pivot and change course (and acknowledge) when they've made a mistake.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team is open, fun, and willing to help out anytime. For the company in general, I appreciate that I am free to bring my whole self to work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to have a positive impact with my clients. They are working on important initiatives to each of their organizations, and knowing that my support can help them on that journey is very rewarding.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team/department is amazing. They are extremely helpful, always willing to lend a hand, and we all go out of our way to help one another. My work is made better (and more enjoyable) by having my team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like the customers that I work with truly understand the value I bring to them. Seeing them view my as their advocate and confidant makes me feel like I'm doing something important to help in the success of their organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In my opinion, it is the concept of being safe to fail. As long as you did everything you could and asked for help, you are not penalized just because there was a failure. Your efforts, your drive to find a resolution, and your commitment to supporting the company/clients is what is truly valued.
