Most of time my experience at Cornerstone has been good because of following: transparent,inclusive and diverse,continuous learning principle.But i feel there still is a tiny bias with regards to seniority of employee resulting in lesser opportunities & rewards for junior employees.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like most is that our leadership is open to feedback and they try to adapt it and also are very inclusive to all.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel a there is little bias in our compensation model and true potential of junior or young employees is not being unleashed in full power, resulting in leaving him/her with quite a few opportunities to grow within a company.
