In the main awesome. A few bumps in the road which was rectified by a role change. I never stopped loving Cornerstone. Thankfully that bad manager didnt stop me seeing good in the organisation.

The variety of tasks and the responsibilities afforded to me
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
#oneteam There isnt a blame culture but a sort it out culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always strive for inclusion and if it isn't achieve they try even harder. Many acknowledge when something is wrong.
What are some of the best things about your team?
This is the first place I have worked where the culture is stand out. There will always be the odd person you don't gel with but they are the needle in the haystack of greatness.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Life insurance. Wierd I know. Two friends died recently. One with life insurance and one without. The devastating effect of not protecting those left behind is horrendous. I then just top up what work gives me to know my family will be secure.
