Let you take the responsibility and at the same time has confidence in your abilities. Encourages collaboration within and with other teams. Constantly encourages for self-development. Listens and encourages out of the box thinking. Communicates well with all the team with relevant information.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a very strong leadership which not only focuses on providing excellent Client services but also focuses on innovations around product strategy. The company as Morale boosting rewards and team recognition awards through events. In short, company ensures that every one has job satisfaction.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Talented, Brilliant in what they do on a daily basis. Responsible, provide mentoring wherever required. Step up to be counted whenever required. My team is always up to speed and proactive. Team also goes out of the way to assist other teams whenever required, irrespective of day or time.
What makes you most happy at work?
A feeling on belonging. Being included in issues is a bonus and pride in knowing that teams depend on information that comes from me or the team as a whole. There is no negativity in work ethics. Everyone knows what is expected from them. Leadership is open door and reachable/approachable.
