CSOD it's a great company. Coming from the Saba side, I like it is more structured and centered in work-life balance organization. I wish the "transparency" in communication were more honest and authentic.

I'm happy to be part of this organization. My contributions are valued. For the first time in 6 years, I feel I'm not invisible.

Great organization. The new CEO is excellent. First time in years, I feel the CEO is a human being just like the rest of us. I wish the organization did more for minorities other than having superficial CRGs. I want to see c-level doing something about us and helping us to the top.

Health insurance is too expensive, and the out-of-pocket maximum and deductibles are way too high.

Seeing employees as human beings that have a life outside of work and have life struggles.

Making a difference in both my actual daily tasks plus special projects such as CRG's and volunteer time with the foundation.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers don't need to improve anything. They are great and dependable. It is me that needs to improve on thinking I'm an Island.

The best part is the Salary and MBO. However, CSOD can do better with health insurance. It is too expensive for individuals that depend on it.
What makes you most happy at work?
It makes me happy that I have a career in something that I love. I'm excited knowing that I know I'm making a difference every day. Also, Knowing I can feed my child and give him what he needs.
