What are some of the best things about your team?
When we acquired Saba, I acquired a new boss. This person is amazing - they're smart and inspiring. This person makes sure that we're focused on the right things and that our time is spent in the right areas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is dedicated to our development. I also love the people I work with. I have grown with the company and have made some really amazing life-long friends along the way. We hire cool and loyal people - I love everyone's values!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We recently had some changes in our leadership team and I think they are in the right move. Being a founder-led company proves to have a lot of challenges but with the move of Phil Saunders as our new CEO, I'm confident we can grow in the right direction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I started at Cornerstone many years ago and have felt that I've received a few promotions that have been significant, but I'm still underpaid compared to my peers. I know the only way to get this is to leave the company, but that's not what I want. I think there are ways to level-set.
