As always, my team and those I work with most frequently. It is inspiring to never feel you are on your own.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Employee Stock Purchase Plan. It gives you a tangible (i.e. monetary) reason to care about the success of the company in the long term.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are an extremely small team in the company, and often feel stuck in a silo that is ignored, but I can count on any one of my teammates to have my back, business hours or otherwise.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a large level of communication in most situations. Sometimes, activities and initiatives seem to come by surprise, and it is usually those about which you want to know more. Overall, I believe they share what they can, but there is always room for more transparency.
