I get my hours cut out of spite and I'm never properly scheduled with enough co workers to do the job right

I feel that being a truck worker and doing manual back-breaking labor, I should be entitled to a higher pay rate than several others. For instance, the host/hostess... when I do truck I should be getting more than them.

Managers just do not run store 294 good at all... so many times we run out of things such as food because they don't want to make too much, or running out of items because they never seem to make the order right, too long to visit a table for a complaint that the table leaves, AlWaYs short-staff!!!
