What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their level of communication - especially during Covid. We have regular all hands meetings and that's a big deal for a company our size.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
RSUs, HSA, and an actual unlimited PTO policy (and we're not made to feel guilty when we take a couple vacations a year.

The norm is to provide the best of the best (private insurance, travel budget is very high), material provided to staff is excellent and so on
