They allow you to perform your job and excell at what you do without being micro managed.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They simply need to be replaced. There is no way to correct this management team. They made money selling off assets and furloughing. Now, the company is set to fail due to the lack of assets and personal.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Underpaid, not enough time at home to spend worh family and CEO bad mouths his own workers. If he was a better CEO, the moral wouldnt be at an all time low. People are becoming alcholics and committing suicide. Foote does not care about doing the right thing.

Dental and Vision coverage is a joke, they simply are none existent. The employee paid contributions are too high and with little to no value.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
All workers are mentally exhausted. We are essentially abused in many ways. Not paid enough, overworked and just simply exhausted. Moral is all time low. Everyone wants to quit.

Select management that has actually worked within the rail field. Hiring educated idiots do not qualify them to manage.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Csx is a get the job done culture. They expect all team members to be professional and work for excellence providing a service to our customers in a time sensitive environment.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Respect for T&E. We are the backbone of this company and the most disrespected. foote claims we are overpaid as to why we can afford to take nights, weekends and holidays off. Not the case at all. We have lives outside of the comapny. Family events to attend. We are on call 24/7. Life is ruined

What makes you most happy at work?
Going to work. Working in transportation has a different criteria daily. though the job is the same, each trip has its own set of tasks and obligations. Also, you get the opportunity to work with different people daily.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again, respect. Pay employees what they deserve and you will get more from them. They gave given up bc of the way we are treated. You don'thave a voice and if you do, you will be fired.
