Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since the layoffs, I have been doing the work of three and a half people. I feel as if we should be fairly compensated for the work we are performing and now that I am performing more, I feel I should be compensated for the work.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviews typically last 30 minutes, and are usually with just one interviewer. That helped to ease the nervousness that comes when talking to a huge panel. The process also tends to move pretty quickly — usually the same day, or within a day, I received an email moving me to the next
