communication, Tardiness, and Ambition (Drive to get things done outside of there assigned duties) Meetings would benefit the warehouse as well as office it would bring us all together in a manner that doesnt allow anyone to avoid a team building excercise

Racial discrimination. Sensitivity training for all employees no matter who they are i.e. Adam Dexter first as it all comes from the top down
