Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They are intentionally paying us less than market value. Paying less than jobs that are remote and not even giving a hybrid work from home option.

Everyone works together well. managers are very attentive. The executives are sociopathic.

I don't really have an environment since I'm a technician that gets sent to houses. The customers houses are my environment and being outdoors on roofs. It's a neutral environment. Depends on the customers.
