I think Drift has just approached compensation from a frugal standpoint and has not revisited promotions and compensation during the pandemic.

Unrealistic workload expectations to get done 8:30-4:30. Working lots of overtime due to current conditions and am not able to be compensated for it.

I think our Drift benefits aren't competitive. Everyone at Drift puts in WORK and HUSTLES, we should be given more perks or better time off, etc. The stock options are good, but we could be given more.
