I feel my overall comp is below market standards and that my variable comp is not incenting focus and success in areas Sr. Leadership wants us to focus on and improve. Renewals for example are capped at 50% while Sales leadership is pushing for more and sooner focus on them.

I've a global role with challenging time zone to cover but from an ICP point of view I'm only recognized for my EMEA region. I'm working at least 50 to 60 hours per but when you ask for a raise the company just states we can't afford it but the company welcomes my free 0,5 FTE. It doesn't add up

Set clear targets and remuneration (for all the company). Better (and less) systems. Eliminate HPE and CSC silos (unbelievable that after 6-7 years there are still systems silos). Proffesional career. What's the path? Social benefits?. Our competitors give more and better, ours are very poor.
