What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited RTO - knowing if something happens, I can take care of my family and not worrying if I have enough sick days

Honest level of apprciation. Never in my life have I been asked if it was ok to schedule a meeting over lunch or after working hours or late on a Friday. And when you lend a hand it is always with a grateful thanks.
