Thus far it has been very positive and hope to continue to showcase my skills that I have gained from my previous jobs as well as offer new processes based on skills I have learned on the job.

Management continues to have an open door policy and are willing to listen to peoples concerns to ensure a positive environment at Esri.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy that I am given the opportunity to showcase my skills and offer alternative solutions and insight into existing processes to help improve and adapt.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are by far the best of any company I have worked at. The health, vision and dental plan costs are outstanding along with the plan coverage.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team along with other teams have been very helpful and continue to provide an environment were people are willing and have the patience to listen and help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are champions for their team and continue to be an advocate for an employees success, whether its by providing new challenges/opportunities for growth opportunities OR by supporting their employee personal/work life to find a balance.
