What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid medical, dental, and prescription premiums for me and my dependents. It's great not having those costs taken out of my paycheck.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to collaborate, help each other out, and share their knowledge. There's a welcome exchange of ideas. And we have fun together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are lots of new hires and people who have been here 10, 15, 20, even 30-35 years, so there's a great collaboration and openness to different ideas and collaboration. The best part is that everyone who works here is passionate about how our software makes the work a better place.
