I am a remote employee who has been with the company for a relatively short time. So far, all of my experiences have been positive. While it can be more difficult to establish relationships remotely, I think my team has done an excellent job bridging that gap.
What makes you most happy at work?
The opportunity to be consistently challenged and be part of a supportive team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is cooperative, as it needs to be in an organization with such a flat structure.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though I am fully remote, I feel fully integrated into the team. We are collaborative, and support each other in tasks and goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical benefits are incredible, as Esri pays nearly all premiums leaving very little out of pocket costs. Being able to bank hours is also a huge plus, showing that Esri values the time employees put into their work.
