The members of my team are highly intelligent, synergetic, and always willing to help each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You get to work collaboratively with other team members and other teams to get projects done or just to brainstorm ideas. This synergistic approach and forward thinking atmostphere is one of the things that drew me to Esri.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people on my specific team and other teams that I work cross-functionally with are so smart, fun, genuine, and hard working. I feel like I can be my true self and I am accepted for who I am.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
You are paid for all hours worked, so you feel like you are valued. The health and wellness benefits are a fiscal benefit because the company pays the premiums, the plan/coverage is robust, and the copays/out of pocket max are low.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
