What makes you most happy at work?

I like talking with my colleagues.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is smart and down to earth. They are serious about work but also have great stories.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team are full of individuals who are committed to being leaders. At Esri, you'll find managers who wants to be managers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

ESRI has a very collaborative environment. If you need help, is it expected that someone will be able to help and mentor you.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would prefer there to be more of a open discussion about salary. In my 5+ years at ESRI, I've never had the option to discuss my salary. I've had several promotions and always given the starting salary. It would be nice to be revaluated after a certain amount of time with the company.
