The leadership team at Esri is very invested in the company mission and culture. They are generally very supportive of employee growth and development.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone I work with is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. People are friendly, and the amount of peer support for new employees is unlike anything I've seen at other companies.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Esri has a policy that allows employees to "bank" any hours worked over the baseline hours for a pay period. Those hours can be used as PTO or the employee can choose to add them to their paycheck. It's a great policy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees are almost always given the time and tools to complete their work at a high level of quality. Project timelines are reasonable. Employee satisfaction and retention are priorities, and the company mission around solving big challenges with our technology is meaningful.
