Since 2000 I've been working at Esri and don't want to leave! I love my coworkers as well as the management that's in place. I feel supported but not at all micromanaged. I would recommend working here to anyone I meet! :)

people help each other - a culture of sharing knowledge and appreciating others

Many longtime members, like family. Fun to work with, cooperative, positive team players. Also, so many are "high performers" - just great at their job!
What makes you most happy at work?
being able to work on a variety of interesting projects. Also, I have a great boss who helps me when I'm stuck but gives me enough freedom to learn on my own.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
1 - Being able to work extra hours whenever needed -- alleviates stress and helps me do a better job. I love getting paid for the time I spend at my current rate, taking away any need for "on the side" jobs. 2 - Profit Sharing. It's made a huge difference in preparing me for retirement.
