My team works great together. We don't worry about individual gain or credit, we all work so the team is successful

My manager has my back. I never have to worry about my manager throwing me under the bus or stepping on me. My manager actually cares about me and does her best to support me
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Esri is a great place to work. It's a diversified environment with talent hired from all around the world. Everyone is respectful and professional and I feel that other treat me with dignity and respect
