This is a nurturing place to work. Failure is viewed as a learning opportunity, not an opportunity for punishment.

Highly collaborative and mission-focused. Everyone can contribute if they have an idea how to best solve an issue or reach a goal.

Grassroots approach and collaborative. We get directives from the executive level but there is also expectation that we work on the problems we find ourselves.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Incredibly intelligent and sharp people who are looking out for customers, employees, and the business in equal measure. There is a sense that company mission to help the world drives this egalatrian approach.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We always seem to exist on the low range of the pay scale. There's also inconsistency in how reviews are handled such that it's hard to know if we're truly getting a fair shake in however that review impacts increases.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's truly a team environment. There's a strong focus on getting the right people together to fix what needs fixing and run further with what's working. This makes it a very dynamic and collaborative space that is simply awesome to exist in.
