What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team cares about Esri's mission and develops departmental goals and strategies to support that mission. They also care about their team members as people and place strong emphasis on employee morale.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits we receive at Esri are incredible! In today's world, it's almost unheard of to have a zero-premium healthcare plan, but we have it at Esri. We also get annual profit sharing, an EAP, 401(k), bank hours... the list goes on.
