What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People's basic needs are met in many ways - everything from incomparable health insurance to aligning work with a values-driven mission - and this means people are able to show up and do good work with each other day in and day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our health insurance benefit is incredible. I have never seen any other employer provide the same and it is life changing. Esri also provides 3% matching on 401K as well as profit sharing. The opportunity to bank time is also wonderful and can be a major benefit for certain roles.
