It is relatively flat organization-wise. This helps priority items to move fast.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that sometimes job definitions are adjusted to meet the desired pay range. When in reality broader scope of work is done and pay should be higher to be more competitive.
