The profit-sharing program, put directly into our 401K so that we can save for retirement.
What makes you most happy at work?
It is never the same! There are challenges and new issues that we get to work with that keep the job exciting (but not TOO exciting!).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is very committed to making sure that the company is on track to grow the company, but at the same time are concerned about the welfare of each employee.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a company that not only helps customers, but the planet as a whole. We often donate to disaster relief, educators, non-profits, etc. to help humanity, even though it does not directly profit us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very collaborative! We all like working with each other, and there is genuine comradery within the teams. While we may have differing opinions, everyone respects each other's viewpoints and works for the best solution.
